Smart Socialiser ("the App") is built on an offline-first architecture. All user-entered data — including but not limited to the social-gift ledger, contacts' preferences, birthdays and memos — is stored solely in your device's local storage. The developer cannot read, upload, share or back up any of your personal data. You are therefore solely responsible for safeguarding your own data.

The free version may include advertising from Google AdMob or other third parties, which may use technologies to collect non-personally-identifiable information to serve ads. On iOS, the app requests your permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT). By using the App, you agree to the privacy terms of these third-party services.
